Real EstateWorkforce Continuing Education
Unlock the door to the lucrative field of real estate!
Our real estate training program, approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), prepares you for the Texas state licensing exam and gives you a firm foundation with which to begin your exciting career in real estate. The program is approximately 12 weeks long and consists of six courses, concluding with an optional Texas Real Estate Exam Prep course.
Prospective license holders must meet TREC’s qualifications for honesty, trustworthiness and integrity. Certain elements of your background may disqualify you from obtaining a real estate license. For more information about TREC and licensure requirements, visit www.trec.state.tx.us or call (512) 936-3000.
