Take proctored exams or quizzes for MC courses in the Exam Center, conveniently located in the Learning Resource Center (LRC).

MC Students

Only instructor-based Midland College class exams may be taken in the Exam Center. For other testing needs, please visit the MC Testing Center.

Testing Start Times for Spring 2025:

• Sunday: 5:00pm
• Monday-Thursday: 9:30am, 11:00am, 12:30pm, 2:30pm, 5:30pm, 7:30pm
• Friday: 9:00am
• Hours may be extended/different for Midterms & Finals Week.

Test Day Steps

1. Bring your Photo ID
   Without your Photo ID, you will not be able to test.
   
   
2. Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time
   To allow time for check-in and without reducing your test taking time.
   
   
3. Nothing else needed, unless your instructor states otherwise.

 

MC Faculty

The Exam Center may be utilized for the following purposes:

• Accommodations required for individual students
• Need extended class time for instruction, and want students to test in the Exam Center
• Make-up for missed exams or quizzes during regular class hours

Preparation Steps

1. Give Notice
   Provide at least one business day's notice to allow for processing and preparation.
   
   
2. Submit Instructor-Based Testing In-Take Form
   To submit an exam for proctoring, complete the Instructor-Based Testing In-Take Form, located in My MC Portal, under the Faculty Tab.
