Our SHRM Essentials of Human Resources course provides a foundational overview of HR practices and behaviors. Through real-world applications and scenarios, students will be introduced to fundamental HR topics to help them effectively approach the challenging situations that are faced in the workplace.

This course is designed for individuals preparing to take the SHRM CP/SCP Certification Exam. The review session will focus on key exam strategies, including a comprehensive review of questions not covered during the main course, test-taking techniques, and answering participants' questions regarding the SHRM Learning System. Additionally, attendees will complete a practice test, followed by an in-depth review and discussion of the results.
Please note that students are required to bring their own copy of the 2025 SHRM Learning System. This is a live, virtual class.
Before enrolling, participants should ensure they meet the SHRM eligibility criteria to sit for the SHRM CP/SCP Certification Exam.
