Gary GlassInstructor, Emergency Medical Services & Fire Science Technology, Harris Field
Glass has been a certified firefighter and paramedic since 1979. In 1986, he began teaching at Midland College as an adjunct instructor for EMS. He took MC classes when they were taught at Lee High School in 1971, and was a senator in MC’s first student body. With the education he received from MC, he was able to become a fire chief and EMS director. Midland College and Glass have had - and still have - very strong ties, so naturally, he wanted to give back the best way he could … teaching. He started his career with Midland College, and it’s how he plans to end it. What could be better? Instructor
