Heather Lindley found her interest in teaching while at her first job after high school. She studied the programs that her employer wrote. Her boss saw potential in her and sent her to college, if she pursued a degree that benefitted her job.

She enjoys both online and traditional classroom teaching but likes the challenge that online teaching presents. It pushes her to think about how she interacts with students, so they feel connected. Being passionate about the subject gets the students to think about how they can use the knowledge in their personal and professional lives.

She is an “awesome aunt” who enjoys gardening. She loves spending an evening at Big Sky Drive-In.
